Follow-up Comment #7, bug #44029 (project octave): As the output of "setlocale (LC_ALL, NULL)" is known to depend on the implementation [1], I wonder: are we always picking the same "setlocale" implementation? Do we use gnulib for this or system one (or both ...)?
