Details:

I am running the 3.8.1 GUI version of Octave. With a piece of code and data
I'm running, it sometimes just quits with no warning leaving a cryptic "octave
exited with signal 11" message on the command line.

This doesn't make for a good bug report - so what can I do to help?

(BTW I didn't compile it myself, I got it from Debian testing).
