Follow-up Comment #10, bug #42097 (project octave):

What does this mean? BLAS is an API that has many implementations, e.g. ATLAS,
OpenBLAS, Intel MKL, Apple's Accelerate framework, as well as the old Fortran
reference BLAS, which has been frozen since the 70's.

I can't find out which BLAS is 3.2.2. The closest I can guess is an old
version of LAPACK that had that version number.

Did you really install two different LAPACK versions at the same time?
