Update of bug #41490 (project octave):
Summary: Save Plot does not work => Save Plot in gnuplot
windows terminal does not work

Thanks for clarifying. As I said, I can't test on Windows at the moment, but
note that the recommended way to save plots in Octave is to use the print or
save commands in the Octave interpreter itself, not in the gnuplot window. I
don't know whether this is expected to work when using gnuplot from Octave on
Windows.
