Follow-up Comment #14, bug #41201 (project octave):
as per <https://savannah.gnu.org/bugs/?41328#comment2>,
a few translation updates were inadvertently overwritten;
the files attached restore the lost ones, plus a few disambiguations for
ellipsis/non-ellipsis cases.
ts files are definitely not diff friendly in general;
I've manually changed the latest stable version.
