Follow-up Comment #2:

I'm not so sure about the promotion of Strang's linear algebra text here, nor
about a discussion about how easy is it to buy his books and where.

Introductory linear algebra breed like rabbits. Everyone and their mother has
written a linear algebra text. Golub and van Loan are of particular interest
because it's a widely cited text for numerical linear algebra that really is
unclassed.

However, if you or anyone else insists that I'm being particularly grouchy
about accepting this edit, I'll relent and push this patch.
