Follow-up Comment #31, bug #37062 (project octave):

Linux definitely wants the same logo name ("octave-logo.png") installed in
differently named directories.  This shouldn't be too much of a problem
because there is already an install-data-local target in Makefile.am that can
be expanded to generate and install each file into the correct directory.
