It is desirable to have a way to filter the results and only show interesting ones. In the CLI version of Octave this is done by using 'who <pattern>'. Try 'help who' for a description and 'help clear' for the syntax of the pattern. It would be nice to add a bar where this pattern could be entered and have the results automatically filtered.
