Follow-up Comment #10, bug #41156 (project octave):

Yes, the tarballs downloaded from the hydra URL should be identical to the
output of "make dist". IIRC the only missing dependencies in the hydra build
are ARPACK and Qt, neither of which should affect building documentation or a
correctly bootstrapped dist tarball.
