Details:

The function files of the geometry package have CRLF as EOL character. This
leads to errors such as

octave-cli:2> help ellipses2d
'ellipses2d' is a function from the file
/usr/local/octave-dev/share/octave/packages/geometry-1.7.0/geom2d/ellipses2d.m
