Details:

Appendix D, D.3 Basics of generating a changeset, somewhere in the middle:
"Mercurial has a more useful extensions that really should be enabled" 
=> (I think it should read:) => 
"Mercurial has a <b>few</b> more useful extensions that really should be
enabled"

Appendix G.1.3:

- Isn't gl2ps needed since recently?

- In the Qt stanza, Qt WebKit is mentioned. IIRC that one was dropped a while
ago?
