Details:

Not sure if its only a windows thing, but currently, with the octave GUI the
same size as the desktop. If I select the find dialog from the menu, the find
dialog displays in the top right corner mostly out of the desktop display and
so always needs to be moved (which is difficult as the drag bar is outside the
view area)

My suggested fix would be to look at the desktop size, and if the find dialog
position is going to be outside of this, place the dialog as far to the right
as is possible (that shows the full dialog)
