Details:

A number of copy/paste issues, all probally related, some probaly mentioned
before:

* The copy/paste menu of the main window is really copy/paste of the terminal
window.

* The key shortcuts for copy and paste appear only work when not focused in
the terminal window (Windows version)

* terminal window copy/paste content menu always awailable even if nothing is
available to copy/paste. (Same with main window copy/paste)
