Follow-up Comment #4, bug #38564 (project octave):
I put the link in the right place. It resolved the
file not found for IRBuilder.h, but produced new
errors.
It appears that the llvm folks did this, but there
is a statement, apparently by them, that "3.2 is not
officially released and has missing files."
So, it may be that the Fedora packagers jumped the
gun. That is why I tried a downgrade of llvm.
This is pretty surely up to llvm/fedora to fix.
Just thought it was worth reporting here since it
will happen to others.
