Follow-up Comment #10, bug #36473 (project octave): Don't close this bug just yet. The changeset I sent only fix the bug for length =< 1 and implement a list of colormaps (which came up in the discussion but was not originally related to the bug report). The original bug, still exists. It's not fixed yet. I'll need some time to understand how the hell do they build their colormaps.
