Follow-up Comment #10, bug #34461 (project octave):
Does Octave do any runtime library detection?
If the runtime library detection only looks at .so files (and not the
libraries themselves), then it would explain this phenomenon.
Could the test tolerance be increased before 3.4.3 is released?
