I can't confirm this on a Linux box running 3.4.0 and FLTK-1.1.10-2.
This could be Mac-specific, or it could be specific to the FLTK and/or OpenGL
libraries you are running. It would help if you could post more details about
your system, including how you compiled Octave and what options you used.
