Details:

Printed output using the formats below currently have a pipe connect to the
DOS command "copy con ...".

0 "epslatex"
0 "pslatex"
0 "pdflatex"
0 "epslatexstandalone"
0 "pslatexstandalone"
0 "pdflatexstandalone"

Unfortunately, the pipe to "copy ..." doesn't work. In other places a pipe
was connected to ghostscript (i.e. eps file in and eps file out). This
approach is rather ugly.

What is the proper way to initiate a pipe under DOS.
