Follow-up Comment #1, bug #32051 (project octave):
This is really an octave-forge issue, so I'm tagging it as such.
To maintain compatibility with older versions of Octave the source code of
cell2cell.cc should include
#include <octave/Cell.h>
at the top of the file... You can untar, make this change, retar the file and
try and install the modified package with your Octave 3.0.x install?
