Details:

scatter3 functionality seems to be almost entirely missing for the FLTK
backend.  There are no points plotted for the first 3 demos of scatter3.  See
scatter3_1_1.png, scatter3_2_1.png, scatter3_3_1.png at
http://octave.sourceforge.net/compare_plots/
