Dear all,

I noticed that the first test fails (for me) in sqp. I can fix it if I use
7*sqrt(eps) instead of 5*sqrt(eps) in the assert. It is not dramatic, but I
find a little bit strange this difference in the result (around single
precision) w.r.t. the author of the test.

Moreover, in the documentation, it is written that tol = eps is used by
default (while tol = sqrt (eps) is used).
