[Hotp-toolkit-help] Mailing list name change

The OATH Toolkit will take over this mailing list from the HOTP Toolkit,
so the mailing list will be renamed to address@hidden  In
case you are filtering your e-mail, and this is the last e-mail you got
in this folder, you now know why...

Btw, the HOTP Toolkit will continue to exist if there is ever a need for
it -- the OATH Toolkit is just a fork of the old project.  I don't
expect to see major work on the HOTP Toolkit any more, but if there ever
are reasons to revert, it is still there...
