[Nuxeo-localizer] Localisation Focus

Hi all,

I've received right now the second number of the "Localisation
Focus" magazine, as they say "The International Journal for
Localistaion":

This is a publication of the "Localisation Research Centre"
from the Univerity of Limerick (Ireland):

This number of Localisation Focus includes an article about
Localizer that I wrote three months ago.

There's also an excelent article about localisation in the
Basque Country from Luistxo Fernandez of Code&Syntax, which
is featured in the cover, congratulations!

Actually, it's because of Code&Syntax and the DELi research
group from the University of Deusto that I knew about this
journal and got the oppurtunity to publish, thanks!

Since the article was written there have been two releases
of Localizer (0.9.0 and 0.9.1) and the number of mailing
list suscribers has grown from 37 to 49.
