Summary:  Generated Files.csproj is not regenerated if only a .qu file changes

Original Submission:  If only a .qu file has changed, nrdo won't regenerate 
Generated Files.csproj. You have to force it by finding a convenient .dfn file 
and saving that with a newer timestamp.
