[Nmh-workers] I can't dist to myself

I can't think of any reason, except testing, why I would ever want to dist an
Email to myself, so the fact that I can't is of little interest to me. EXCEPT
that it might indicate something wrong with my setup.

When I try to dist to myself I get a message, "Undelivered Mail Returned to
Sender". I am attaching (not forwarding) an example of such a message, as a
file, "17", which itself contains attachments. I am also attaching
~/.mh_profile.
