In case anyone is still using nmh 1.5 or earlier (:-), that
quoted escape would get expanded to ''%f''. But those
quotes aren't necessary anyway because nmh quotes as
necessary. And properly in 1.6.
The quotes should be removed from examples in the FAQ, too.
I was reminded of this by Ralph's mention of urlview(1), which
says in its man page:
Note: You should never put single quotes around the %s.
urlview does this for you, and also makes sure that
single quotes eventually showing up inside the URL are
handled properly.
