I am thinking ... yes.  mhparam(1) should have specific explanations about
things that refer to build-time options, like cyrus-sasl, tls, and (now)
iconv, since they're a little unusual.  It felt weird to put that much
text in mh-mime(7), so rather than giving the exact command a reference
to mhparam(1) would be better.

Whoops, yeah, that definitely deserves a mention!
