Why can't I do both?

If other people cannot see the utility of inlining content, that's fine.  But 
it's not an excuse to prevent me (or anyone else who *does* see the utility) 
from doing so.

This sort of rationalization leads to the argument that everything on the 
internet should be converted to run over HTTP on port 80.
