>From memory, you have to put DOS line endings in for GPG/PGP which isn't
too nice. We perhaps need an extra % escape for mhshow-show-<type>
directives to get at the related content of a signature.
I don't really like the idea of modifying originals though I wouldn't
object to the feature being there.
