i've intentionally removed any rules for mhshow'ing text/html
from mhn.defaults, in order to force use of the text part.

it seems that Apple Mail, in all its interoperable wisdom, often
puts attachments inside the html part of a multi-part message.

the problem is that if one reads just the text part, there's no
attachment to be had.  if the sender doesn't mention that there is
one, then it's easy to miss entirely.  (of course, if you know it's
there, then a tool like munpack will find it nicely.)

is there a way using mh tools to at least detect that there's more to
the non-text part that might be interesting?
