me too. we'll have to deal with this somehow. any application who uses
mhpath(1) to find the underlying files in a folder will be safe. any app
who uses readdir() will be a problem. i don't know if that's a break
we're willing to make.

UNIX still lacks a standard API for stored e-mail or for sending e-mail.
win32 is way ahead of us on that.
