[Nmh-workers] [BHST] no servers available problem

Hello,

Outgoing email fails with the error:
What now? send
post: problem initializing server; [BHST] no servers available
send: message not delivered to anyone

I've used nmh for a long time.  This problem coincided with Verizon
connecting me to DSL (previously I used dialup).  Suddenly, outgoing
mail didn't work.  Incoming works, web, ftp, telnet are fine.

I tried the remedies in the FAC 06.04 without success.

Anyone have any ideas?  Please help if you can!
