[Nmh-workers] What should we see for locking "failure"?

I'm wondering what everyone expects to see if an MH command fails to
obtain a lock because something else already has the resource locked.

If I've understood things correctly, an invocation of "mark" I just
did failed to lock the context, and exited claiming that there was no
current message. This doesn't seem like sensible behaviour to me.

It's possible I've misunderstood what happened though. Have to look into
it more closely when I have time.
