I guess it's a choice you can make at configure time for SASL.

Hm. I see some SASL 2 programs that do #include <sasl.h>, and some
that do #include <sasl/sasl.h>.
Well, how about we fix this in the next release? I'm willing to live
with a less than elegant fix for this release.
