136976 - Handle binary content messages                - Committed.
143427 - mh-format.man typo                            - Committed.
144098 - 'spost; should have same behavior as 'post'
         w.r.t. mts.conf masquerade line               - Committed.
149745 - slocal ignores 'N' result of previous command - Committed.
152728 - increase SMTP timeouts to conform to RFC 1123 - Committed.
         The timeouts suggested by the RFC seem long
         to me - but the RFC is still listed as active.
181867 - typo for nmh.man                              - Committed.
194349 - put nmh.man, mh-chart in man7 
         (currently in section 1)                      - Rejected.
         This seems to be a matter of taste for a distribution.  
         For the LDP release of the man pages (and my Mandrake system) 
         section 7 is the "conventions and miscellany section".  
         So I'd prefer leaving those pages in section 1.

dbfix  - additional locations of db.h, libdb.a - In progress; 
         changed copies of  configure.in, slocal.c submitted to 
         Nick Rusnov for validation.
