[Nano-devel] some nano patches for RHEL 8

Hello Kamil,

As it seems that RHEL 8 is shipping with nano-2.9.8, please consider
applying the attached four patches for crashes and hangs that have
been fixed since then.

These patches are also good for Fedora 28 and Fedora 29.
The last one (0004) is good for Fedora 30 too.
