Make that version 4d, attached.  The only changes relative to 4c are
dropping redundant checks when adding '>' to softwrapped lines, putting
the flag for softwrapatblanks properly at the end of the enum, and
fixing one major oversight in do_output(): adding a character to the
bottom right edge of the screen will now refresh the screen properly.
