There are no texinfo strings for nano.  Not yet, at least.

Texinfo stands for that what you get when you run 'info nano'.
It is kind of nano.1 and nanorc.5 combined, plus some extra
information about the general program behaviour and how to
customize the compilation.  It is a strange duplication of the
information in the man pages, but it is the thing that GNU
packages should contain.
