[Nano-devel] nano 1.3.12pre2 is out

The bug fixes and translation changes (by the way, sorry for the
inconvenience of the latter) lately seem to be enough to warrant a pre2.
Note that there have also been a few minor wording fixes to the manual
pages, and since all the manual pages have been updated since 1.3.11,
their translations will need to be updated too.  pre2 is available here:
