Good catch. Added to CVS, with a few cosmetic tweaks to the info
document (e.g. I didn't know about the @dots{} directive, so I added it
to a few places where there were literal ...'s).

Added to CVS, also with a few tweaks (e.g. the changes in nano.1 are
also added to the corresponding text in rnano.1). Thank you.
