[Nano-devel] Error reading ~/.nano_history

Make ~/.nano_history unreadable, and open Nano with -H.  You get a broken
error message, and Nano is frozen.

Also, if ~/.nano_history is unwritable, no error message is shown in
save_history(), since it's called before endwin.  Finally, if it is
unreadable but writable, the history will still be saved on exit, wiping
out the old strings.
