I just found a bug in do_justify().  Justify the attached test file, and
you get an assert error (if NDEBUG is not defined) or a mis-justified
paragraph (if asserts are not tested).  (Be sure to use "./nano -I" in an
80 column terminal.  The bug depends on the fill width.)

Here's a patch to fix it.
