[Nano-devel] Mouse code in do_yesno().

With mouse support enabled, get to a yes/no prompt (example, modify the
buffer then try to ^X exit).  Click around on the right side of the
window; eventually Nano will respond (crash, or quit), even though you
aren't clicking on a shortcut.

Also, with a narrow window (try 62 columns), click in the right side of
the No area; Nano interprets it as Cancel.
