[Nano-devel] Please use %s for command names

Please consider replacing command names in messages with %s. Command
names shouldn't be translated anyway, and this way, all occasions of the
same message with just a different command name won't have to be
translated seperately. Also, when the command name changes or a new
message with just a different command name is added, all translations
won't have to be updated.
