[Nano-devel] Please use %s for file names

Please consider replacing file names in messages with %s. File names
shouldn't be translated anyway, and this way, all occasions of the same
message with just a different file name won't have to be translated
seperately. Also, when the file name changes or a new message with just
a different file name is added, all translations won't have to be
updated.
