[Nano-devel] nanocaeuidetc3.patch update

The current version adds a few more checks for 127 in
winio.c, so that it is always handled properly as a control
character (when I did this before, I missed a few areas),
and updates the manual page to account for the new
file-saving method (i. e. the "Nano will not write this
file if a previous one exists in the current directory" has
been removed, and an explanation of the new method has been
added.

No marking/multibuffer fixes yet, but I'm working on it.
