As far as I can remember, those are the only pending
patches.  However, I've made one last set of changes to my
patch (just minor cleanups): I removed two unnecessary blank
lines in files.c, and changed an nmalloc() in cut.c that was
used to get space for one character to a charalloc(1).  I've
attached the patch with those changes.

Hi folx,

        Well, since I have almost recovered from my home computer's
mobo failure, I have made a few changes to the trees.  In 1.0, I added 
my version of Guus' patch to better handly dynamic terminal width.  
Feedback is certainly welcome on that.
        In the 1.1 tree, I removed -C and made the curpos functin show 
both "col" and "char" positions.  It's definitely less straightforward 
than before, but hopefully a newbie can still figure out what the output
means.  Feedback is definitely welcome here also.  
        I downloaded David's patch and got to look it over briefly last
night, and I seem to recall Ken has something pending also...I think?
Let me know if there's anything else I've dropped.  Anyway, sorry I've
been so quiet.
