[myexperiment-hackers] Test app for whoami api call

Hi All,

Just thought I would mention that I have written a quick test app for Don's 
new whoami api call.  See 
http://rdf.myexperiment.org/testing/whoami_tester.php.  It is nothing 
special, I was just using it to test my authentication function for my 
myexperiment question interface.
