A new myExperiment plugin for Taverna 1.7.1 is available. If you
install the plugin, then from Taverna you can browse myExperiment,
search for workflows, view workflows and open them in Taverna. It is
like having myExperiment as an intelligent part of your own file system.
To install the plugin, start Taverna, click "Tools" and select "Plugin
manager". Click "Find new plugins" and you should soon see
"myExperiment and WHIP Plugin (beta) 0.1.3". Tick it and then click
"Install". You may need to restart Taverna to see its full capabilities.
From myExperiment, if you also install the WHIP plugin (not a Taverna
plugin) from http://www.whipplugin.org, then you can run a workflow in
the Taverna running locally on your own machine. There is no more
need to worry about finding a remote execution engine.
