[moz-bonobo-list] Bug#215622: mozilla-bonobo: cannot display more than 1 page of any PDF document

I've tried different Viewer settings in the Gnome MIME preferences ("display 
as: PDF document" and "display as:
Nautilus PDF document view" - obviously, "nothing" fails! :-), but neither of 
them show more than 1 page of any PDF
document, presumably because the viewer application's toolbar is not shown, 
which prevent turning the document's pages.
